Administrators and users with the giveblocks_checkin_tickets capability can access the application. Activation creates a Volunteer role with that capability.

Manual check-in #
Search by attendee name, email, or ticket code. The entire attendee row can be opened to review details. Use the check-in control to check the attendee in or undo an incorrect check-in.
Offline operation #
Before going offline:
- Sign in while online.
- Select the correct event.
- Wait until the guest list reports that it is synced.
- Keep the browser/app data on the device.
During an interruption:
- The cached guest list remains available.
- Check-in changes are stored in a local queue.
- The header shows pending updates.
When connectivity returns, queued changes synchronize with WordPress.
Do not clear browser data, uninstall the PWA, or switch browsers while offline changes are pending.
PWA settings #
The Settings panel includes:
- Primary color
- 12-hour or 24-hour time
- Reset color
- Log out
These preferences are stored on the device.
