- ☐ Event date, start/end times, location, tiers, capacities, and add-ons are correct.
- ☐ Direct campaign links work without 404 errors.
- ☐ Blocks or shortcodes are published on the intended pages.
- ☐ A real or approved low-value live transaction has been reviewed.
- ☐ Net received and fee reporting have been reviewed.
- ☐ Donation, ticket, and magic-link emails are delivered.
- ☐ The From address is authenticated.
- ☐ The donor portal works on desktop and mobile.
- ☐ Receipts and ticket QR codes render.
- ☐ Volunteer roles and attendee options appear on tickets and check-in.
- ☐ The check-in guest list syncs.
- ☐ QR and manual check-in work.
- ☐ Offline check-in and reconnection sync were tested.
- ☐ Checkout, donor portal, REST, and check-in routes are excluded from unsafe caching.
- ☐ Privacy, refund, tax receipt, and data-retention policies are published.
- ☐ Backups and monitoring are enabled.
