Donor sign-in #
The donor enters their email and requests a magic link. The link:
- Is sent only to the requested email address.
- Is valid for approximately 15 minutes.
- Can be used once.
- Creates a secure donor session lasting up to one day.

Depending on the donor’s history, the portal provides:
- Lifetime giving summary
- Tickets purchased
- Active recurring donation count
- Donation history
- Event tickets
- QR codes
- Receipts
- Volunteer roles
- Add-on options such as shirt size
- Profile editing
- Recurring amount updates
- Subscription cancellation
Donor identity #
Portal records are associated primarily with the donor email. Use a consistent email address across checkout and imported records.
