Active campaigns have a pretty URL based on their custom key:
https://your-domain.example/campaign/campaign-key/
Example:
https://your-domain.example/campaign/spring-gala/
If the URL returns 404, save Settings > Permalinks once and clear relevant page/server/CDN caches.
