Overview #
The Overview dashboard displays:
- Net Revenue
- Donations
- Ticket Sales
- Supporters
- Comparison with the equivalent prior-year period
- Net revenue over time
- Event and donation breakdowns
- Top-performing campaigns
Upward comparisons are green and downward comparisons are red.
Reports #
Reports include:
- Total taken in/gross
- Fees paid by donors
- Fees paid by the organization
- Net revenue/total raised
- Itemized transaction ledger
Financial definitions #
Gross paid #
The total charged to the supporter.
Fees covered #
The amount added to the supporter payment because the supporter opted to cover fees.
Net received #
The amount attributed to the organization after applicable Stripe and platform fees, based on final transaction data when available.
Platform fee #
The GiveBlocks 1% platform application fee.
Stripe processing fee #
The processing fee reported by Stripe for the connected account’s transaction.
Export and PDF #
- Use Export CSV for spreadsheet analysis.
- Use Print / Save PDF and the browser print dialog to create a PDF.
If a browser changes currency symbols or detects the wrong language during PDF creation, verify that the current plugin version is installed and select the intended language in the browser’s print settings.
