Ticket tiers and levels #

Each tier contains:

• Tier Name
• Price
• Capacity

Examples include General Admission, VIP, Child, Sponsor, or Table packages.

The quantity selector prevents purchases beyond the configured remaining capacity. Test the tier behavior after changing capacities.

Event upgrades and add-ons #

Each add-on contains:

• Description
• Price
• Optional comma-separated choices

Example:

• Description: Shirt
• Price: 25.00
• Choices: Small, Medium, Large, XL

When the add-on quantity corresponds to attendees, GiveBlocks can display a choice under each applicable attendee so multiple attendees can select different options.

Attendee information #

GiveBlocks creates attendee fields based on the selected ticket quantities. Each attendee can have:

• Full name
• Email address
• Volunteer task preference
• Applicable add-on choices, such as shirt size
• Unique ticket code and QR code

The buyer and attendee may be different people. Review attendee details rather than relying only on the buyer’s name.

Ticket fulfillment #

After a successful order, GiveBlocks creates individual ticket items and ticket codes. Ticket confirmation output and the donor portal show the attendee, volunteer role, selected options, and QR code.
